Commencing tomorrow (18/05). I need to get down to 13st 13lb minimum, for fertility treatment.

I can feel my mind and body getting into the zone and I'm soo excited!!

I'll be on the simplicity plan, 4 shakes a day plus the milk allowance so hopefully I can cope!

Starting weight 15st 12lb.

Watch this space ?

Good luck for your first week, it's tough, but once you're through it you will be fine so just keep going. Let us know how you get on.
 
I have been doing it sort of for past couple weeks but whole heartedly! Today is the start of me on it for the right reasons.

Didn't start off well tho lol found out I can only have decaf coffee for first 3 days (never knew this) so went to the shop on the way to work, bough some, walked out of the shop and dropped and smashed it on the floor. So back in for another, £7 on bladdy coffee this morning and now I've realised I've left my bar at home but luckily I have shakes so not to bad! Did make me chuckle to myself tho!!

Water ready, decaf coffee ready, I'm excited!!!
 
Good luck! You'll be two stone lighter in no time. I had no idea about the decaf coffee, I've never used it and never had a problem getting into Ketosis :)
 
I'm a big coffee drinker and I still had regular but only a little bit so you might be OK
 
Decaf isn't too bad to be fair, can't taste the difference really so that's a bonus. Not gonna lie tho, I do feel hungry already! What time do u all have your shakes?

I'm thinking 11.30, 3.00, 6.00, 8.30!

Day one nearly over! Started off starving but I fought through it. Just having my last shake ? BF has also been kind enough to buy me 2 weeks worth so they should arrive tomorrow too.

Lots of water plus 2 decaf coffees and 100ml milk . Success x
 
Day 2: early start!! 7am :(!! That'll mean I'll be hungry earlier so may have to have a shake about 10!

Headache too, think this is the lack of coffee tho lol
 
Any reason why you are just having shakes? I found the bars and meals a great help in the first week when you are the most hungry.
 
I have 2 shakes, a bar and a soup so not all shakes xxx never used to like bars, they made me more hungry but not this time round. They're a god send x
 
I love the bars warmed up! Or dipped in tea
 
They're quite nice to be fair which I was surprised by. I like to freeze mine so they're hard and last longer lol

Just having a sainsburys diet cola, trying to distract myself from my stomach lol I'm getting the mouth fur already bleugh lol x
 
Have any of u tried he beef curry noodle sachet? Think that's what it's called. Have ordered 2 cus I'm curious, have high expectations cus it sounds nice but I didn't want to order loads if they're not to my taste!

Yeah I love it, it's nice and filling as it's soup but has little bits of noodles and nuggets of soy I think it is
 
I've started chewing gum a bit to make my mouth taste a bit better! SnS says its OK but for so long.
 
Best of luck ........once the first week is over you will be set.......you just need to stay focussed about why you want to do this and it will help if you feel a bit wobbly.....
 
I feel great this evening, not hungry at all. No fussy head or mouth. Just trying to get my last shake down me but it's a struggle!

Day 3..... And I'm struggling with water today. Just can't seem to get it down me BUT I think I may be going into ketosis cus my breath is gopping and my mouth is furry lol

Sounds like the signs are there!
I really struggled with the water to start with but now I'm on my third week and just realised how used to it I am now, plus I'm not rushing to the loo as much (or I'm just used to it?!)
 
OMG I'm in the loo ALOT lol Need some chewing gum, is there a limit on how much we can have do you know ? X
