    Goal Date: 9th April 2013.....and beyond!!!

    Start BMI: 37.4
    Current BMI: 31.8
    Goal BMI: 27.4


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st2.6lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st10lb
    % Lost 14.96%

    Mint Sauce

    I don't have any to hand currently, but would this be allowed (Maybe just half a teaspoon?) Only i know we're allowed mint tea, and vinegar, though not sure on sugar content etc.
    Any ideas?!x

    Diet: Exercise and calorie control (previously Slim and Save / Lighter Life)
    Height: 5ft6in
    Start Date: 28/07/11
    Start Weight: 19st4lb
    Current Weight: 12st3lb
    Goal Weight: 11st7lb
    Goal Date: 7th June 2012


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 43.6
    Current BMI: 27.6
    Goal BMI: 26


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 7st1lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st10lb
    % Lost 36.67%
    Have a look at the jar - my feeling is that it may contain sugar...
    Lost 130lbs from July 2011 to June 2012. Have been maintaining since then but now have returned to lose the extra I put on whilst trying to work out how to maintain!
