    December challenge anyone?

    Yay! It's nearly Christmas! But still enough time to shed some decent weight!

    I have two goals for Christmas, to stick to packs until 20th Dec, then low carb until jan. So I'm switching to a sat weigh in day and aiming to lose 10lbs in 3 weeks

    please join me, this board has been a godsend!

    I will join the decker challenge.

    My aim is to lose a stone and a half, I'm fairly well built and look stupid too thin, just need to shift the beer belly.

    Will stick to plan to 23rd as and back on 27th.

    Start Monday.

    I'm also on plan until 20th December myself

    I started (again) Monday @ 13.8

    I'm hoping to get into the 12 stone bracket I don't care how much under !! I'd be thrilled to get into that bracket




    Restart Monday 16th September 2013

    23/09/13week 1 - 5lb
    (Current weight 13 stone 6lb)
    30/09/13week 2 - 3lb
    ............(Current weight 13 stone 3lb)
    07/10/13week 3 - 1lb ............(current weight 13 stone 2lb )
    14/10/13week 4 - 2lb
    ..........( current weight 13 stone )

    Went upto 13.8

    2nd december 1st week back on track 13.2 lost 6lb

    What's the weigh in day?
    I'm not sure what the weigh-in day is but since Phoenyx started the thread and her weigh-in day is sat,maybe Saturdays would be good?

    Or Tuesday as everyone is taking Xmas off it would be good to weigh in the day before Xmas and New Year's Day!!

    I don't mind either way but another option is Sunday as The challenge officially starts tomorrow! X

    You do have a point jewel, I've had a couple of days off so my Thursday weigh-in date has changed but I'm gonna go with Saturday as I'm back on plan today and I have a big night out planned on dec 28th!! So hopefully want to fit into my gorgeous dress! ?

    It would be nice to have an official date to just pop back into the thread just to see how everyone is getting on and update weights so far, may help keep with personal targets x

    Any day you like...I weigh sat but I don't think it makes a difference - count how many weigh ins, total how much you want to lose it that time and voila...
