Struggling in this heat.
I Was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before...
I'm aiming to lose 3 stone 7lbs in the next 11 weeks. (Might be impossible)
I've lost two stone 5lbs already and I'm on my 5th week.
But I moved house the other day and because it was so hot and I knew I wouldn't have had any energy with just having shakes I made myself some scrambled eggs (two eggs, no oil) and had some chicken and ham.
Ever since, I have been picking constantly at any protein that's in the fridge. I'm desperate to stop because it seems to be slowing down my losses.
Although I am still consuming under 600 calories a day, I desperately want to lose this 3 stone.
I think because I've been picking at meats, it makes me more hungry so I always go back to it.
I'm currently having three shakes a day, managed so well until my 4th week and had to move house.
I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how I can stick to my three shakes a day and 3L of water??
Slim & Save insist that you either have 4 packs a day with the allowed veg, or 3 packs a day with the allowed protein and veg.
