    This is me at the moment, I am going to take a picture of myself at least once a month to see any weight changes.

    I have been on Slimfast for a whole week now and so far so good. I had a bad night on Saturday but didn't let it falter me.

    Good Luck to everyone else who is on this diet and other diets!

    Today has been another good day, just had an extra little snack (not unhealthy though). I've been so drained today with work which is really stressing me out.

    Ok, I've been terrible over this weekend but back on track tomorrow My sister commented that she thought I've lost a wee bit of weight so that was quite good
