Started today - Sort of!
I have been shopping this morning and bought a tin of strawberry shake. I didn't have breakfast, I never do on shopping day, as I go to town straight from the school run. So I have just had a slightly higher calorie snack at 155 cals. I will have a shake for lunch and my evening meal, and also a snack as required.
This will be my 2nd time doing Slimfast, I did it a few years ago and lost a stone in a few weeks but then switched to SW. I have since quit all forms of dieting/maintenance and gained quite a bit of weight back and so I re-joined SW in January of this year but am doing terribly on it!! I thought I would give Slimfast a try as a booster again
I'm not sure how long I will stay on it so have only bought one tin and I will take it day by day, week by week.

hiya, ive just started too! how have you done in your first week then? Im hoping to get this half stone off for my hols in 4 weeks eeekkk if I do it will be the lowest ive been for like ages! plus ive been exercising like crazy for 5 months so my body is in much better shape ive toned and lossed inches so I feel pretty good. How have you found he shakes I have got strawberry and chocolate they are on offer in boots at the moment, bodycare is pretty cheap for slim fast tho too. It takes me a while to bork the milkshake down im not a fan lol I keep saying to myself its just like a strawberry yogurt, I did eat a bar for lunch tho didn't fancy more liquid! Could maybe try soup instead?
