Hi there. Ive done Slim Fast before and lost 2 stone on it.
Over 3 years I gained the weight again so I restarted on 19 April this year. I lost nearly a stone by 5 May but haven't lost any since then.
on the 9th May I had chicken chow mein from the Chinese in the hope of kick starting my metabolism but nothing.
i have a shake for breakfast and lunch and generally have the pretsels as a snack.
for dinner ive started buying low cal ready meals, the malaysian chicken curry from tesco being a favourite. I have half a naan bread and 200 grams of actifry chips or chinese stir fry veg to pad it out.
i then have a greek style yoghurt for 90 calories.
my evening meal is between 600 and 700 calories. I sometimes have homemade soup, 100 calories to fill me up before the meal but include that in my calories.
i track my food and weight with myfitness pal.
i am really gutted that ive not lost anything in 13 days.
i do the bootea teatox as well, i started that last wednesday so it cant be that as i'd already stalled my weight loss by then.
Has anyone got any ideas?
