Ok, I am going to give this another go and do it properly this time! I started slimming world back in April and in 8 weeks I lost 8lbs which really frustrated me because I was seeing people lose 8lb in one week and my weight was coming off so slowly! I have just got back off holiday feeling fairly positive however I jumped on the scales and found that I gained 6lb whilst on holiday, therefore my 9 week weight loss journey has overall left me with a 2lb loss I know the SW plan and Im confident with it, however looking back I am more aware that I do cheat sometimes and I try to kid myself that what Im eating isnt that bad for me, which I guess is the reason why the weight has come off much slower then I wanted.
So this is why im here with my second food diary, re-starting SW and determined to do it properly this time. I want to lose 2 stone by Christmas, then will re-evaluate after that and decide if i want to lose some more or just maintain. I would really, really appreciate help, advice and just general chit chat to help me stay motivated on this journey to a healthier skinnier me! Im doing the plan from home as work, university and lack of money stop me from going to classes and my WI days are going to be Friday, therefore I will post my first food diary tomorrow.
I am determined and this time i WILL do it and do it properly!
