Hi guys! Those who used to follow me on me old diary (http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wor...s-diaries.html) may have noticed that I've been AWOL lately
I've found myself really struggling the past month or so, and in all honesty I've just been making excuses for myself. Social occasions, new boyfriend, nice weather, etc. I've been totally off the rails! In the last 5 weeks of being totally off plan, I've gained 5.5lb in total (had a 2lb gain at group last night). To be totally truthful, I am quite relieved with that. I can easily gain that in one week alone! So it could have been a lot worse.
I had tried a few times in my old diary to draw a line and start afresh, but it doesn't seem to have worked. I felt I needed a brand new slate entirely, so today is the day I've decided to start a new diary and a "new start" on my Slimming Journey. Today is also the first day of a fresh Slimming World week for me, so it just feels right to do so.
I hope my lovely friends will join me in my new diary - and hopefully some new ones too!! At the moment I really need all of the support I can get.
So, here we go. Let's do this, once and for all!!
