Slimming down for graduation!! 12 weeks to go!
Long time snooper - very rare poster!! I have decided to keep a diary on here as I get so much inspiration from everyone else and feel its a good way to stay on track!! I currently weigh 11st 9lbs and would love to be at 9st 13lb for my graduation ceremony in march. HAve been on SW for 8 weeks and have lost a stone so far! Please feel free to correct me if I have miscalculated syns or just to pop in and say hello!
I do a mainly red days with the occasional EE thrown in!
Breakfast - two giant mushrooms baked with an egg in each one with a side of bacon
Lunch - two linda McCartney sausages, carrot and swede mash and a side of broccoli
Snacks - punnet of grapes (reduced to 20p!!)
Dinner - babybel burger in wholemeal bun with side salad and sweet potato chips done in actifryer yum yum!!
Healthy extras: wholemeal roll and babybel light
Syns: options indulgence hot chocolate with light whipped cream (5 syns)
Mocha: 5.5 syns
Will be having a red day tomorrow as find it easier when I am at work, I work as a radiotherapist in a hospital :) Will be taking 4 dark ryvita in for my lunch to have with tinned mackerel in tomato sauce and some fruit.
