    Slimming down for graduation!! 12 weeks to go!

    Hi everyone,

    Long time snooper - very rare poster!! I have decided to keep a diary on here as I get so much inspiration from everyone else and feel its a good way to stay on track!! I currently weigh 11st 9lbs and would love to be at 9st 13lb for my graduation ceremony in march. HAve been on SW for 8 weeks and have lost a stone so far! Please feel free to correct me if I have miscalculated syns or just to pop in and say hello!

    I do a mainly red days with the occasional EE thrown in!

    Today (EE)

    Breakfast - two giant mushrooms baked with an egg in each one with a side of bacon

    Lunch - two linda McCartney sausages, carrot and swede mash and a side of broccoli

    Snacks - punnet of grapes (reduced to 20p!!)

    Dinner - babybel burger in wholemeal bun with side salad and sweet potato chips done in actifryer yum yum!!


    Healthy extras: wholemeal roll and babybel light

    Syns: options indulgence hot chocolate with light whipped cream (5 syns)

    Mocha: 5.5 syns

    Will be having a red day tomorrow as find it easier when I am at work, I work as a radiotherapist in a hospital Will be taking 4 dark ryvita in for my lunch to have with tinned mackerel in tomato sauce and some fruit.

    Ok so bad start to the day, slept through my alarm so had to rush in to work. Managed to grab some fruit and eat it for breakfast though!! This is how my day looks so far:

    Red Day

    Breakfast: Banana, satsuma and two mini babybel

    Lunch: ryvita dark, tinned mackerel in tomato sauce, cup of squash


    There was a CLIC cake sale at my work so bought a beautiful cup cake to have - going to allow ten syns for it - soooo worth it, was lovely!

    Tonight I am going to use one of the maggi's so tasty garlic chicken things, they make the chicken breast really tender and are only 1 syn going to sprinkle HE of cheese over it and melt it, will serve it with BNS chips. Yummy!!

    Decided to use my other B choice on wholemeal pitta to put sliced up chicken breast in as part of tea.

    Health extras: cheese X2, wholemeal pitta and 4 ryvita.

    Syns: Cup cake, and galaxy bubbles hot chocolate with whipped cream 13.5 syns

    Another Red day:

    Bacon in wholmeal pitta for breakfast with a mocha (5 syns)

    Lunch: 4 ryvita with tuna mixed with quark, 2 babybel and a mini bag of chopped up fruit.

    Not sure what to have for tea, may try chicken pizza with BNS chips or something along those lines.

    ended up having bacon and egg for tea, was quite tired when i got in. Had a coffee to perk me up


    Healthy extras:

    A - babybel
    B- ryvita
    B- wholmeal pitta

    Syns: 5.5 on mocha
    3 mini hero chocolates - gonna allow 10 syns

    Morning everyone!! Saturday is my favourite day of the week, no work!! Had a rare lie in this morning!! Think I might try another EE day today as I am quite busy and dont have to think too much about it so here is my plan for the day!!

    Breakfast: wholemeal pitta (b) with scrambled eggs, small bowl of strawberries and grapes with a side of quark cream made with a options white hot chocolate (2 syns)! Yummy! Also had a mocha to wash it all down (5.5 syns)

    Going to watch my fella play rugby so may not have much of a lunch, will take some fruit with me incase I get peckish!

    Dinner will be sweet potato wedges and steak served with a nice big salad!! Yummy!!

    Green Day

    Breakfast: Banana

    Snacks: pringles and chocolates from buffet Probably about 20 syns worth)

    Lunch: 4 ryvitas with stilton spread (HEB and quark)

    Dinner is going to be gnocchi with rest of stilton spread.

    Will be quite a lot over syns today but will try and make up for it with less syns on other days and lots of superfree

    Morning everyone, well yesterday didnt quite go go to plan! Shockingly busy day at work which led to a pizza from local takeaway when i got home :-/. Im not going to best myself up too much about it though. Weigh in next week is on monday because of xmas so will be a shorter week - fingers crossed for another small loss before christmas .
