    So I've got to my first stone but if I'm to hit my target of another three by the end of the year I need to stay focused so here god. Just incase anyone looks at this and thinks HOW MANY SYNS I use mine over the week. I like a drink so if I usually use upto 40 over the weekend ( usually on alcohol) I split the rest over the remaining days, works for me and means I can socialise without guilt.

    I've lost my first stone and must stay focused to hit my target of another three by the end of the year. I use my SYNS over the week, so if I use 40 over the weekend I split the ones left over the remaining days ( means I can socialise guilt free)

    Had to go work today so easier for me to have an EE, will hopefully try and get a few red days in too
    B-cream cheese triangle, lettuce and ham Sarnie 1/2 HEA & HEB
    L-chick stir fry&veggie cous cous (2syns)
    D-home made SW beef burgers, stuffed potato skins 1/2 HEA, salad, 1 tablespoon light mayo (2syns)
    S-muller yog 28g popcorn (5.5syns)

    Ok so day two of food diary, not a bad day actually:
    B-cheese ham and lettuce toasted sarnie (1/2 HEA & HEB)
    L-nothing as late breakfast
    D-chilli made with tomatos, pasata, mushrooms, onion and peppers served with rice and sw wedges.
    S-yoghurt

    Long day at work today, probably wont get in until after 9 tonight so have prepared food (last nite) for all three meals. Hate days like this but at least it keeps me organized:
    B-cheese, ham and lettuce toasted sarnie (1/2 HEA & HEB)
    L-chick and veg pasta with a little cheese (1/2 HEA)
    D-left over veggie chilli and rice
    S-fruit and ml greek yoghurt (.5)
    SYNS-.5 used 77 over the three weekend days so as I try not to exceed 70-80 SYNS per week my weekly SYNS will b kept to a minimum.

    I take my full weeks syns amount (70, try to not go over this but do sometimes go to 80). I use however many i like over the weekend and then split rest ( if any left) over the week. This weeks syns were used as:
    Fri/sat/sun- vodka 60 syns, couscous 4 syns, mayo 2 syns, popcorn 11syns
    total of 77 syns.
