Lunch: SW spag Bol, grapes
Dinner: jacket pot with bolegnese sauce, salad and muller light
Snacks French fried 4.5, pumpkin seed ryvita x2 HEB, ham, 1slice cheese HEA, cucumber, tomato, apple, Freddo 5
There were also some llama bites and some chocolate cake which is bad but actually since I have been so much better than any other day in months, I'm letting it go.
