pitta bread a a healthy extra

I find out recently that the asda flame baked pitta breads are no longer a healthy extra. I checked the Syns and 1 60g pitta is 7 Syns. Could I have 1 as a healthy extra and add 1 Syn

No sorry,that only works with someone that is already on the list but weighs more than the allowance
