Dont think the thins are a HexB (I WISH!),nor are the cracker breads anymore. Think all the varieties of regular Ryvita are though think how many depends on which variety. Think it varies between 2-4. Someone might correct me if I'm wrong.

Great! haha. So it's just the disgusting ones i can have? haha. I'm new to this and cant afford a menbership to slimming world yet (other half made redundant before xmas) although i will goin properly in time. Just couldnt wait to start losing my baby podge (hence the username! haha)

Can you tell me the difference between the red/Green days and EE plan? Last time i did Slimming world it was just red or green. Also do syns vary between the plans?

This thread explains the different plans in a bit of detail but it can be quite overhwlming at first. If you have some knowledge of SW already though you should be ok.

Basically EE means you can eat both meat and carbs in the same meal bu lt you only get 1 A and 1 B choice instead of 2.

Syns only vary depending on whata in what youre eating eg. A sausage will have more syns on green than red because it has meat and if values for something differ on red/green you usually take the lower value on EE.

Hope that makes sense. Ive never been to group either. Mainly relied on info found through here and google

Its not recommended by SW to do it weekly I dont think but lots of people do it weekly successfully. It works out to 105 per week x

I wouldn't need that many for a few glasses of wine! Haha. It's sync values that I really struggle with, tonight I'll be having a chicken n mushroom Chinese with boiled rice. I can estimate the syns based on what it would have been in points when I was on weight watchers (8 points) but I don't think that's accurate.
