    Tahini

I wonder if anyone can help? I thought that tahini was a healthy extra B on green days, but in my latest book I cant find it listed. Has it been stopped as a healthy extra?

    Thank you for your help

My latest book is the green one with a heart shaped lime on the front. Not sure how old it is. Under Green - Healthy Extra B Choice - Nuts and Seeds - it has 2 desertspoons of Tahini

I've just checked in the latest book for you and it isn't listed as a HEB on green I'm afraid.

The best thing to do for healthy extras is to look online as that is the most up to date just fine that and you can have it as a Heb on green
