    Tahini

    I wonder if anyone can help? I thought that tahini was a healthy extra B on green days, but in my latest book I cant find it listed. Has it been stopped as a healthy extra?

    My latest book is the green one with a heart shaped lime on the front. Not sure how old it is. Under Green - Healthy Extra B Choice - Nuts and Seeds - it has 2 desertspoons of Tahini
