I just had 2 slices of wholemeal toast (heb) with 2 tsps low fat marg (2 syns) and a cuppa tea. I'm going to have a banana now too......

I just polished off lean only bacon, quorn sausages, 2 tomatoes, beans, large helping mushrooms and fried eggs.
cooked breakfast, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, toms and beans (no sausages as we didn't have any in ) but we've fixed that with a trip to tesco's
