I just had 2 slices of wholemeal toast (heb) with 2 tsps low fat marg (2 syns) and a cuppa tea. I'm going to have a banana now too......

I just polished off lean only bacon, quorn sausages, 2 tomatoes, beans, large helping mushrooms and fried eggs.
Poached eggs, syn free sausages & mushrooms with a bucket of tea ?
3 slices of ww granary bread , 2 with poached eggs on and 1 with a scraping of marg and marmalade . Sunday is here!
