    Start Weight: 28st0.0lb
    Current Weight: 23st10.0lb
    Goal Weight: 12st0.0lb
    Goal Date: When I get there


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 4st4lb
    Weight to Lose: 11st10lb
    % Lost 15.31%

    SW quiche question

    After it's cooked and cooled how long will it last in the fridge and can you freeze it, I never seem to get through it and I can't afford to waste any food!!
    One step at a time to goal not matter how long it takes

    28 , 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12

    Losing weight is hard, being big is harder.

    mine dont last 2 mins in my flat lol prob couple of days would be okay

    Week 1 16lbs and weighed a day early now 27 stone 12lbs
    Week2 10.5 lbs now 27 stone 1.5 lbs couple days late actually day 16

    Total Weight Loss: 1st10.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st5lb
    % Lost 14.54%
    You can def freeze it in portions, a friend of mine cooks mini ones in ramekins and pops them in the freezer.

    Never lasts more than a day in my house though!

    Thanks gonna do that today! My OH doesn't like it and I can never eat a whole one! Think I might make the pasta and sauce one
