I make a quiche base with them, push out if their skins, mash up with fingers and press into dish base, bake 15 mins. Drain fat. Add quiche veg/ eggs. Bake again until set.

I make meatballs with them adding spices, make a tomatoey sauce.

    Or Petes breakfast McDonald buns.

    Re: Sausage recipes?

Yes you are right. I will alter the recipe tomorrow. That's why I always say to people to check All values!
    Mistakes do happen.
    Thanks for pointing it out.

    Spicy sausage pasta

    sausages
    pasta
    tinned tomatoes
    Baked beans
    jalapenos
    onion
1 slice whole meal bread (hexa) blitzed into breadcrumbs
    cheese (hex b)

cook sausages per instructions and boil pasta
dice onion and fry in fry light, add tomatoes, beans and jalapeños (we also put mushrooms in), once the sausages are cooked slice them and add to tomato mix, add in cooked pasta and stir thoroughly.
transfer to ovenproof dish, top with with breadcrumbs and cheese and melt the cheese under the grill.

hubby likes to add cholula or chipotle sauce and other than the sausages the rest of it is free!

! I just cooked my first batchelors pilau rice and in a frying pan with frylite I sauté onion, frizen peas and two quorn sausage for 20 mins. I cut the sausages into bites half way through. Then added tbsp balti curry powder at the end. Stirred it into the rice when it was cooked. Oh my days gorgeous!

The best sausage recipe I found on here was chicken cake!
