    Hi. Only just seen your post and wondering how you were getting on with SW as a coeliac? I am wheat intolerant but am finding that really other than the hexb it is quite easy to avoid wheat.

    Hi Charlie, I'm finding it quite easy, my problem is that I never really eat heb , maybe just at weekends, I've never been a big bread eater... i need to vary my diet aswell so always looking for new ideas if you have any to share, lol..

    Healthy Extra alternative choices

    Instead of one of the listed Healthy Extras you can have:

    • 60g of gluten-free bread
    • 35g of a suitable cereal eg made from corn or rice
    • 4 plain rice cakes


    (note these may not contain as much fibre as foods listed as true Healthy Extras)
