Hi ive been trying to stick to sw but not religiousky over xmas x like u said 2013 we will drop those pounds :-)

Hey I live in Higher Walton, which isn't too far from you both. I'd love to buddy up but not too sure I'd give you the support you need as I'm already at target & don't have the same challenges you will have.

Christmas is difficult, but I put my chocs in 5 syn bags & syn everything up, I think it's very easy to ignore what syns are being consumed.

Hi ,Thats a great idea x i really want to shift last of this weight now 1st goal is 20lb for 14th feb dont know if this us possible dud u mix ee o and green think im going to cook more i dont go to group didnt find them flexi fir shift work i can only go every other week so doing from home x
