    Cool I randomly started this yesterday from seeing it somewhere else so I'm in! Trying to do the same number of stomach crunches as well on each day! Fingers crossed we get some muscles from doing this:-(

    Think it's just basic had a look on site before and it says to do them all in one go! Last bit will be so hard!

    Yeh just a basic squat..but mine r sumo squats (wider stance n go lower down) and i do them in one go, but once i get to about 100 will do sets(2x50 squats with 2 min gap)
