SuperFree is the key! Success Express one week challenge.
After a dreadful weekend and a 3lb gain at group last night, I am firmly back on the wagon this morning! I am, however, feeling terribly bloated and my stomach feels like it's taken a total beating!
Anyway, my plan for this week is to do a week of Success Express which will hopefully give me the boost I want this week and kick that 3lb straight back off next Tuesday.
You can find all of the details for Success Express in your pack, but to cut a long story short it is basically:
- 2/3 of your plate SuperFree foods, rather than the usual 1/3.
- One or two A choices and two B choices each day
- Counting the higher Syn value (i.e. if a sausage is 4.5 Syns on Red and is 7 Syns on Green, you would count 7 Syns)
Each day I'm going to list what I've eaten that day, similar to my food diary, so I am accountable to anyone reading. And will also try and post photos to vouch that I'm having my 2/3 SF!
I'm aiming to lose 3lb this week, to get rid of last nights gain. If anyone would like to join me, then feel free!
