Wink SuperFree is the key! Success Express one week challenge.

    Hi everyone!

After a dreadful weekend and a 3lb gain at group last night, I am firmly back on the wagon this morning! I am, however, feeling terribly bloated and my stomach feels like it's taken a total beating!

Anyway, my plan for this week is to do a week of Success Express which will hopefully give me the boost I want this week and kick that 3lb straight back off next Tuesday.

You can find all of the details for Success Express in your pack, but to cut a long story short it is basically:

    - 2/3 of your plate SuperFree foods, rather than the usual 1/3.
    - One or two A choices and two B choices each day
    - Counting the higher Syn value (i.e. if a sausage is 4.5 Syns on Red and is 7 Syns on Green, you would count 7 Syns)

Each day I'm going to list what I've eaten that day, similar to my food diary, so I am accountable to anyone reading. And will also try and post photos to vouch that I'm having my 2/3 SF!

I'm aiming to lose 3lb this week, to get rid of last nights gain. If anyone would like to join me, then feel free!

Think I will join you Stevie. I would like to try and boost my loss this week as have just made it into the 11 stone bracket at 11st 13.5, and would like to have a firmer place in this bracket as at the moment just half a pound on and I will be out of it!

My breakfast didn't conform as had smoked salmon and poached eggs but my lunch does and will make sure my dinner does as well. Thing I will struggle with the most is 2 Hex as I barely have the 1 a day at the moment but will try!

Yay, nice to have you onboard!! It always seems so much easier when you're doing it together. I'm sure we can support each other along the way and hopefully have a cracking loss next week!

Have you done Success Express before? I have, and I did see some really good results from it. Mind you, I'm also having a few Syn Free days this week as I think I ate enough Syns in the last weekend to last me a lifetime lol! So cutting them right down might also be what boosts me this week. I'm sure it'll be a good combination of the two!

I absolutely love that you get double HEx's. I mostly do Red / Green days for the same reason! I only decided this morning that I would do Success Express though, and had already planned my food for the week. Today was going to be an Extra Easy day, hence why I only have 1 HExB planned so far. I'm sure I'll manage to sneak in another cheeky HiFi or something though

I know what you mean about the stone bracket too. Once you've broken it, you really don't want to go backwards. I was so pleased I only put 3lb on this week for the same reason - it took me up to 10st 13.5lb. Any more than that and I'd have been back up into the higher stone bracket!

Hope you have a good first day on the challenge xx

No, have never done Success Express before, so just trying to get my head around it now and work out a meal plan for the rest of the week. I am also going to try and keep my syns lowish as really want to get a good result.

One question though, if something is syn free on EE but has syns on Red or Green is it still free? Like for example, pasta is free on EE but synned on Red? Or is it just when it has syns on all 3 plans that you have to count the syns? x

Only things that are Synned on Extra Easy! Basically, whatever is Free on Extra Easy is Free on Succes Express too - SuperFree is the same on all plans. Then anything that has a Syn value on Extra Easy ( I used sausages as an example for Syns, because they are Synned on all plans. They may be, for example, 4.5 Syns on EE / Red, but 7 Syns on Green), you would count the higher value.

    Hope this makes sense! x

Afternoon! Yes it's going well and still really enjoying it. I've been at a car boot sale this morning selling all my old size 18s, 16s and 14s clothes and got rid of a fair bit. My wardrobe is looking very bare so want to get a few bits but don't want to buy too much as I still have a bit to lose. It's an annoying in between bit but it's a small hardship for the end result I suppose!

    Today's Eats....

Breakfast - 1/2 Banana, Glass of Water & Mango and Lychee Green Tea

Snack - 1/2 Banana & Glass of Water

Lunch - Salmon Fillet with rosemary and garlic (1 syn) with a handful of tricolor pasta and a large mixed salad of cucumber, radishes and tomatoes with Hellmans Fat Free Dressing & Glass of Water

Snack - 2 Mikado Daim Sticks (1 syn)

Dinner - Turkey Breast Chunks cooked in Ras el Hanout spice with onions, passata, peppers, courgette, carrot and a little bit of rice.
