I am on a mission to loose 3 stone by April.
I currently weigh 12.5 ish stone (too scared to look) Also too scared to go to a club ! I briefly weighed myself about 3 weeks ago so I'm possibly less now who knows... I've been on EE for 2 weeks (properly) and I feel better than I did so I know it's doing something haha! I've been eating SW dinners every day for around a 6 weeks now and now i'm on the full plan and sticking to it!
Could do with some motivation and someone to help me ease into this, who's with me?
