I will be doing both food and body magic. I currently walk to and from work daily which is 22 mile a week (5 days, 2.2 mile each way) but it's not enough. Bought the 30 day shred DVD and looking into kettlebell swinging too. Oh and just started taking up badminton so hoping to do that once a week. Not sure when I will get time to see the OH
I am happy with my loss so far - never thought I would lose this much! - but need to up it. I took a month off when I moved in august and haven't been back to class since so doing it from home. Although I may rejoin in January when finances are a bit more sound. I found that I wouldn't stray as much if I was having to pay for it!
Not sure how much I could realistically lose in that time - 2lbs a week, 12 WI, 24 total? But I want more!!
