    I weighed 14st 6.4lbs this morning, i think thats the lowest ive ever been and its not a good thing 4lbs lower than yesterday had a bad day yesterday (upset) and couldnt eat so ive eaten loads today to make up for it hopefully its all or some of it back on tomorrow morning.

    Guilty

    I'm also a serial weigh-er of late. Once or twice a day. I feel it helps, but it definitely fluctuates a lot i tend to have lost 3-4lb 3 days after weigh in and then usually have lost 1-2lb by the full 7 days. But it keeps me going, i look at the numbers and if they're low it makes me feel good and that I am achieving and if they're not so good I try and put more effort in.

    For the moment i'm not stopping but it's weigh day tomorrow and i seem to have only lost 1lb since last week (mid week it was 4lb) So I'll see what happens and try and 'kick the habit' if I need to! x

    I haven't stopped since Christmas!!! Get back on quickly! I'm desperate to get my head back on but just end up eating rubbish. Felt so good on it but my head is so out of it. So don't pick up any bad habits get back to that 8.1 :-)

    Serves me right, 8.5 this morning! I'm sure I haven't eaten that much food to warrant 4lbs since fri so hopefully most of it will go with some water and lots of superfree from now until weds weigh in!
