Hope this is right

Tuesday i had
B: blueberries

L: packet of bbq chicken
D: harvester i had chargrilled chicken half a jacket potato lots of salad dollop of red devil sauce
Then i joined slimming world :)


yesterday i had

B: weight watchers yogurt which i now know is 2 syns

L: another yogurt woops
D: packet of chargrilled chicken and salad
S: handful of rasberrys



Today i had
B: muller light with handful of rasberrys

L: boiled egg with salad
S: bannana
D: spinich, curly kale, boiled egg with some king prawns.


I drink 2 litres of plain water, tea, green tea





​Im using my option A as skimmed milk for my tea, i want to try some cereal though, anyone recommend one from the list? Or those ryvita things?


For syns sauces add up way too quickly so ive cut out unessasary sauces
Chocolate and cakes etc i dont need so i wont have what i dont need
Im going to try a few recipies ive seen on here, the pea curry thing sounds nice and the leek lasagne :)
 
Totally forgot to write In my diary lol i should then it will keep me on track, i have only gone off a few times in the past 2 weeks, not overload just few mouthfuls of naughty food and few sweets but thats it really.


Tuesday i had
Hifi light bar (B), tea with skimmed milk (A)
L: chicken noodle bean salad packet thing didnt eat it all probley about 4 syns for the sauce etc
D: chilli king prawns, carrots broccoli, mini sweetcorn, runner beans
tea skimmed milk sweetner

Yesterday i had

B: 2 weetabix (B)with small amount of skimmed milk (A) few strawberrys and rasberrys, tea skimmed milk 1 sweetner
L: missed
D: half a packet of chargrilled chicken peices, salad, half a mug shot (2 syns?)
S: half a muller light with few grapes,
tea with skimmed milk 1 sweetner

Today
B: 2 weetabix small amount of skimmed milk with rasberrys, small packet of sushi (bit naughty i know)
L: healthy choices chicken noodle cupasoup (2 syns?) few grapes few strawberrys
D: Plain king prawns, spinich, cucumber
Just a tea Later with skimmed milk and a sweetner

Missed previous slimming world class due to work but next weigh in soon
 
Today i had

B: Hifi light rocky road bar,vanilla muller light, tea with skimmed milk
L: half a packet of bbq chicken peices, apple, pear few strawberrys
S: berry light zumo drink syns no idea not many its just fruit really
D: had nandos oops, chicken wrap (only ate half the wrap) bit of spicy rice, ratatuoie.
apple, tea skimmed milk

syns in the sauce and wrap with some mayo etc so prob about 10 syns i would say Today maybe bit more
 
Saturday
B: 1 weetabix half a muller light bit of skimmed milk, tea skimmed milk sweetner
L: small bowl of low fat soup with a cracker thing
D: not my choice but had battered cod but only ate the fish lol
tea skimmed milk sweetner

Sunday
B: 2 weetabix half a muller light skimmed milk, tea
L: nothing
D: ate out but had a chicken breast half a jacket potatoe, carrotts peas, dressed side salad
2 vodka slimline tonics
didnt know salad was dressed so prob about 4 syns for that, 8 syns for vodkas

Get weighed tommorow, not a very good weekend as couldnt have things i wanted for dinners and lunches etc but going to try make a few of the recipies
 
Tuesday
B: bannana, hifi light bar(B) strawberrys, tea semi skimmed
L: leftover mustard chicken, boiled egg, spinich, cucumber, apple, tea with semi skimmed
D: planning to make burgers extra lean mince, onion, chilli, garlic, 2x dairylea light triangle(A) a small bit of wholegrain rice, salad

Syns for the sauce in the mustard chicken, syn for milk in tea, i would say around 5 syns
 
Friday
B: 2 weetabix semi skimmed milk 1 bannana, tea 3 sugar ( drunk bfs by mistake eugh)
L: small sushi, bannana
S: muller light
D: salmon fillet with broccoli and cauli ( 1 tsb wholegrain mustard and a tsp of sundried tom puree, 1 laughing cow light triangle), tea skimmed milk

Syns, accidently drinking the wrong tea lol, 3 syns, sauce with the sushi prob about 2 syns, tom puree n mustard 2 sys, cheese 1.1/2
around 9 syns today

Just had a handful of rasberrys aswell nom

Okay so last night was quite a fail :( was really good up until about 7pm then i had a few vodka and diet tonics....thrn a few more...then a few more i dont really want to count the syns but its safe to say i went over 15 lol, one good point is that i didnt eat any bad food, i had some chicken spinich and prawns when i got home.
just had my breakfast of 2 weetabix skimmed milk and muller light yogurt.

Edit: okay so i had some chicken for lunch yesterday then i went out and had a pimms...then about 4 vodka and non diet lemonade....soo probley over my syns with that maybe.
But again no party food so when i got home had some sardines in tom sauce whilst the other half ate mcdonalds :)
but still obvi gone over my syns lol i cant go slimming world today either because of work so will just start over ready for next week, no more alcohol though!

Monday: B: hifi light, muller light, handful of rasberrys
L: chinese mug shot, apple

For dinner on monday i made the slimming world beef kofya curry but only had lean not extra lean mince :( added some green beans baby sweet corn and mushrooms was nice but probley wont make it again, i gad it with some wholegrain rice, ate a bit too much of it :(

For some reason the past 3 days ive been feeling ravishing and then yesterday i overate :(
Not sure i want to count the syns for overeating but im gonna say 15 cause didnt eat nothing else bad

Tuesday
b: 2 weetabix skimmed milk
L: salad with rest of the curry, mullet light greek
D: planning to make pork steaks with fat cut off some sprouts broccoli and cauli
 
Wednesday:
B: 2 ryvita pumkin seeds (Heb)2 extra light triangle(Hea) tea skimmed milk
L: chinese mug shot
D: pack of teriaki chicen breast slices, spinich, boiled egg, wholegrain rice, 2 extra light triangles mixed with rice (yum) (hea), tea semi skimmed
Tea later with skimmed milk

Syns for teriaki chicken and the milk around 5 syns maybe
 
Thursday
B: 1 weetabix skimmed milk, 1 hifi light bar, small pack of sushi
L: ministrone mug shot, plum, apple
D: pack of chilli prawns, salad, plain jacket potato *edit i had a few glugs of low fat dressing on it and woster sauce
S: cadbury light hot choc! Half a muller light
tea with skimmed milk

2 syns for hot choc, 2 syns for the sauce with prawns, and 3 syns for sushi 1 syn for lw fat dressing

Friday
B: 2 ryvita pumkin (Heb)spread with 2 extra light laughing cow(hea)then on top i put the small tin of mackeral with mustard heated up, sounds weird but it was really tasty mm
2 teas with skimmed milk sweetner
S: peach

L: small jacket potato mashed with 2 extra light triangles (hea) with bit of wouster sauce, sweetcorn, green beans, bit of broccoli cauliflour, packet of chinese spiced chicken

That was so yummy but not sure how many syns for the chicken? :( hope wasent too many

D: having pasta n sauce wholegrain garlic and herb with chilli prawns
S: muller greek style, plum

Syns: 1 syn for mustard, 2 for chicken, 2 for pasta and 1 for prawns, 1 for muller, 2 for skimmed milk

okay so i did end up eating the other half of the pasta, havnt ate this late for so long used to be a common habit of mine eating through the night right up until i go to sleep, feel sluggish and bloated even before i started eating the pasta ugh
Stupid lonely night, its plain boredum
spose its better than a huge takeaway and alcohol i guess
i feel i overate today when i didnt need to, i think ive slipped into the habit of eyes bigger than stomach and eating past fullness
Ive always got that saying stuck in my head something about its not always just about what you eat its the portion size aswell so even though its okay to eat dont mean i can eat until i feel uncomftable

Ah well tommorows a new day, no more eating when i dont need to and no more eating late at night, need to go shopping tommorow get loads of veggies and some fruit
