    Coleys quest for success

    So... thought id better start a diary as tomorrow 20/05/13 is my day 1 of a new me. Now I say this a lot my other half laughs ay my constant diet ideas ive done um all except SW and im determined 16st and miserable a little about me for any readers im Nicole 27 mum to 3 little monkeys. House like a zoo and sufferer of fibromyalgia/chronic pain. My life as it stands is not much fun being immobile alot so I NEED to shift some weight. Gain my confidence back and take back my life! So.. heres to success!! Wish me luck.
    Lose 2.5 stone (7.5lb to go)
    Fit comfortably in a Size 16: (almost there they fit and are comfortable but they are a little stretchy so non stretchy size 16s)

    Today I took my 2 doggies walkies. For most thats normal for me I'm pretty much sofa bound day to day. So a big thing for me walked for around 30 mins. Tried natural fat free yogurt with weetabix and banana really didn't enjoy it, I like my weetabix soggy so need to think of new ideas for brekkie. I'm off on another walk to pick up my eldest monkey. I'm going to pay for this later but I'd rather pay now and reap the rewards than to keep living like this. Thank you for all your good lucks xxx

    My hea is milk but skimmed. I can only drink it with tea on its own on cereal its just as bad as yoghurt but will have with milk in the morn and use as syn

    I did my start weight im guessing totm or wrong time of day but yesterday I weighed 15st11 today 16st2 lol. So 16st2 will be my start weight 11st is my target x

    Today was a big pain day. Pushed through took kids to the park for a run around which I really enjoyed as I never get to do it. Cleaned upstairs and not stopped all day. Lots of running about and keeping to the diet yey xx

    Popping in to say Hiya Nicole

    Have you tried almond milk before? With the unsweetened varieties you get a lot more for your hexa (blue diamond you get 875 mls and alpro I think 900mls). I really like it as I'm a weetabix fan (I crush mine up then put the milk on top and bung it in the micro for weetabixy 'porridge) of a morning too and there's loads left for tea/coffee during the day and usually a milky coffee in the evening too. You just have to be careful not to add it to just-boiled water as it splits and goes manky.

    Well wow! I gave up on my dieting so long ago now. But for some reason I lost 2st in weight. I was thrilled. Until each time I weighed myself it was going UP instead of down. And slowly I got to this point now 15.3 so better than the last time I posted in here!
    Back at it now and more determined than ever. Doing slimming world meetings. Weigh in on a Thursday. Had a poor loss 1st week so hoping to make up for it this week
