Cariads round 2 diary!!
Well its time to stop pussy footing around or I'm never going to fit on that plane without the extension belt this year and I swore last year would be the last time!!
So I'm Karen from South Wales 42 and have been on a diet since I was 8 I'm not going to dwell on the past even though that's where most of my ghosts lie but we have to move forward or be stuck in limbo don't we.... I started this huge journey at 27 and a half stone I'm now down to 21st 4lb and have just joined minimims after 6 fab weeks on track and then fluffed it for a week panicking about new scenarios (didn't know if I'd fit in the seats to go and see Mrs Brown boys on stage oooo the things we put ourselves through eh...)
Anyway I've confessed to my consultant I've had a lousy week hence didn't turn up for weigh in on Saturday yes idiotic I know but there you go, I was fully back on plan yesterday so have 6 days to shift as much of this gain as I can... I've nothing planned this week that cant fit in totally on plan so no excuses, I have a school trip tomorrow with my darling son 6 and hubby, Day off work Wednesday to catch up on housework and then back to work Thursday so all busy which is good...
Sunday 23rd June-e/e
b- melon and coffee.
l-2 pork loin steaks, roasties,swede, mash,peas,green beans and pretend gravy 2
d-homemade burger,w/m roll heb, cheese hea,lettuce tomato and a pear.
syns-dark choc 10,french fries,4 .5, and gravy 2- 16.5 syns just over but o.k with that.
Monday 24th June red day.
b-2 weetabix coffee 2 syns
l-2 lean bacon w/m roll, greek yog 0.5 syns, home made skinny soup.
d-Steak, onions peppers carrot n swede mash. curry sauce 2 syns.
syns- to be added later.
fluid- 2 litre of water, litre of squash plus any coffeee.
ex-hour walking after work.
Well thats me up to date and on plan I have a wedding end of september and a week in Turkey end of october so got to crack on !!!
Well done on your weight loss so far, that's brilliant! Did you do all that on SW? It's such a good plan isn't it?
I bet you will see a great loss on the scales when you go back on Saturday, at least you got right back on it, that's the main thing.

Awww thank you for dropping by Cee, A loss Saturday would have to be sent from the gods sadly when I fall off plan I fall bigtime but hoping for just a small gain after a fab week!! I lost first 3 stone with weightwatchers but then found slimming world but have messed around with it for years and lost n gained same few stones but now feels right we have a fab group and Ive a little more time for me now my son is nearly 7..
Morning diary world today we have a fab day planned with the school a trip to Noah's ark in Bristol thankfully the sun is shining! So body magic is taking care of 10 fold no doubt we will sit for 1 out of the 6 hours we are there the rest will be wandering, brek- FF formage frais, strawberries, I have home made coleslaw with crab sticks, chicken and a wholemeal roll and 2 alpen light bars with an apple and tangerine for snacking on so all free and hex's apart from 2 syns for coleslaw. tea will be some skinny soup and an omellete when we come home with hea as cheese.

Well after a full day on plan again yesterday and walked miles and miles i'm more and more amazed at how quick regular walking at my size becomes easier and easier also addictive... Pains in my knees are less and less each week so must be doing me good so must keep building on this which in this gorgeous weather is easy its the rainy cold stuff that literally puts the dampener on it.
brek-strawberries and a greek muller (0.5) syns.
lunch-2 400g w/m, hea of half fat cheese and ham toastie.
dinner- shepherds pie Mince, onions, peppers, shepherds pie mix (1)syn swede and carrot mash, green beans,sprouts and gravy(2).
snax-2 alpen lights-heb,tangerine,
syns-crisps(6), trifle (3)..
fluids- 4 coffees, 3 pints squash, 2 pints of pop and ice.

- Morning diary world x Well had 2 syns to many yesterday but food was fab and on track so fine with that, we're so blessed with the weather here this week its been gorgeous tho apparently the dreaded wet stuff is coming back next few days !! Got work today so will stay on plan again plus Friday so should be ok til weigh day now ..
Thursday- brek greek yog and a bowl of strawberries..(0.5)
-lunch- 4 400g bread (heb) bacon lettuce tomato squirt of mayo (1)
dinner- shepherds pie with green beans, carrot n swede mash and sprouts and gravy (2)
fluid-2lt water,1/2 pint light cranberry,pint of pepsi max n ice after work and 3 coffees.(hea)
syns- kitkat (5.5), 6 melba toasts(3) and home made trifle with 2 spoons custard and sweetened quark(3) may not eat all tho ..
snax- 2 tangerines and a wrinkly peach.

Morning diary world x. Shattered this morning, hubby is earlies and leaves for work at 5.30 gets up at 5.10am but his alarm goes off at 4.20 every 5 mins til grrr.... Absolute nightmare! That's men for you.Dry here again and they've forecast a fab July so need to get walking! Fridays- red day.Brek- grapes, strawberries and a Greek yog..(0.5)Lunch- chicken tikka(2) left over sprouts n green beans and an orange.Dinner- burger, w/m roll (heb),cheese(hea) lettuce from garden Whoohoo, cuc,toms, pickles,onions, maybe few leftover jerseys (3) mayo(0.5) Snax- 2 alpen lights, (heb2) strawberries n yog (0.5).
