    The Diary of a Yo Yo

    Hi Everyone.

    I have been talking to a very good friend today about support. Some of you may know her as SkinnyDawn.

    We were discussing support. As this is something most of us do not get in our weigh loss journey with our family and friends. As some have not been on this journey others just do not know if they should give you a hug or a kick up the bum to keep you on track. So you fall onto the wrong path give up put the weigh back on until the next diet comes along for you to try.

    Skinnydawn has said a few times how you guys support each other and kept her on the right path.

    I have a family that is good a taking support from me but is not good at supporting me. So I am hoping that you guys will support ma and accept me into your minimins family and allow you to let me support you back.

    Looking forward to meeting some of you in the forums.

    Decided to re-think how I track my food.
    I'm going to post on here before posting the food in my mouth
    Breakfast. Weetabix ( B) milk (a) and a bannana. :
    Feeling Focused.
    Lunch. Home made slimming world sausage salad.

    Great to see you have started a diary. I also plan my food for the day in my diary and then change it to red when I have eaten it... Sometimes it does change but I do find it helps.
    Sorry to hear your family don't support you too well. My hubby tries but I've been on so many diets that it must get frustrating! Thankfully, he likes SW because it's based around healthy, balanced eating so that helps!
    Off to bed now (we are an hour ahead here) but will come back and see how you're doing tomorrow.

    Day 1 Feels strange.
    Reading a few of the many posts I feel like I belong.
    I have been following slimming world since 2008 and the plan has changed so much in this time.

    Feel so tired only had 5 hours sleep. Kept dreaming about work . So busy in the office at the moment I am thinking of going back after weighin tonight.

    Snack = Pot noodle to keep me going till Dinner.
    Dinner = Bacon, Eggs and Mushrooms with onion.
