    Pesty's Diary: In it to win it

    Afternoon all!

    Back again and starting a fresh!

    Summary for those who do not know me:
    I originally joined in 2010 for my first ever real healthy eating plan after being asked by many different people if i was pregnant whilst on the train to work. I did really well and reached target after losing 3.5 stone.

    It wasnt smooth sailing, I love my alcohol, I am a real foodie and sometimes a SW recipe doesnt quite cut it. My main issue is that i am an emotional eater... when im happy, sad, excited, awake, breathing... you get the idea.

    Still, i managed it, and i maintained it but when I stopped coming on here sneaky cheats and treats crept in. I had a HORRENDOUS year last year and yoyo'd like it was going out of fashion in a truely phonominal fashion losing and gaining stones over a couple of weeks.

    This year has been unexpectedly very good and as such my weight has begun to settle, only problem being its at the wrong end of the scales!

    So, here i am!!!

    I cant promise i'll update my food daily but i do keep a paper list so will advise every tuesday after my at home WI what the weeks consumption was for your scrutiny

    So far i have done 3 WIs:
    Lost of 5
    Lost of 3.5
    Gain of 1.8

    The gain was deserved, afterall fridge pickers wear big knickers!

    Firmly believing im the one week rule i'm hoping with a bit of perfection this week i can get that back off again!!

    So you're all up to date! Feel free to shout if syns have changed or i'm making things up

    I now have wifi at home too so it's much easier to hop on here of an evening!

    As those who know me know, I love a good one pot wonder. Just got in from a food shop so have an oven casserole mix on the stove (7 syns for the whole thing) stuffed with mushrooms, onion, courgette, carrot (to take up a third of my plate) and boil in the bag rice (which I believe is free)

    At a push ill eat half so that's 3.5 syns for dinner and 6 for the small glass of wine I'm currently guzzling

    Rice - depends on the sort chica. Some of the pouches have Syns in (as they have a bit of oil in) - others don't.

    :

    START - 78.8 Kg (12:5¾)
    1. Get back to where I was at the start of the year - 77.5 (12:2¾)
    2. Get back to Original target - 75.75 (11:13)
    3. Get back to Interim target - 74.4 (11:10)
    4. Get back to Final target [5 stone shiney & BMI under 26] - 73.2 (11:7½)

    So yesterdays diary went a little like this:

    Breakfast - wholemeal toast (B), flora light 3 tsp (3), marmite
    Lunch - Jacket potato, beans, 14g cheddar (1/2 A)
    Snack - Grapes & Strawberries
    Dinner - Chicken Casserole (2.5) third of whole mix @ 7 syns
    Drinks - 2 cups of tea (1/2 A), 2 glasses of water, SF monster (1.5), Glass of wine 175ml (6)
    total syns - 13

    so not a bad day, unusually low on the water & tea front for me!! Will try harder today
