    Smile My 2014 for goal diary - green SW days

    Hi everyone,

    I have decided to post my diary here to help keep me motivated! I've tried SW and other diets many times but I'm determined to make 2014 my goal year! I joined SW 2 weeks ago much to the surprise of my consultant. She also tried to convince me to not to do the green sw plan because she admitted she didn't know what was involved! Despite the shaky start in group I stuck to my guns and I'm following the green plan. I may have some EE days as I do eat meat sometimes but I prefer the green plan and the extra healthy extras ;-)

    Please feel free to comment etc. I would love to hear from you x

    ps: I tend to eat a lot of the same foods which I know isn't good but I'm trying to change that ;-)

    Saturday 21st December:
    breakfast: 2 slices ww bread - HEB, beans, eggs, 2 sausages (4 syns), fruit.
    snacks: fruit
    lunch: 2 slices ww bread -HEB, 45g mozzarella (HEA), fruit.
    Dinner: diet fanta sweet and sour quorn chicken pieces , loads veg, sw chips - yum!
    Snack: 2 bread (syns), 45g cheese HEA, fruit.
    Syns: 2 sausages = 4 syns
    bread =6 syns (too much bread today but was craving comfort food!)
    animal bar = 5 syns

    Week 1: 16th Dec: -6.5 lbs
    Week 2: 23rd Dec: -4.5 lbs = total: 11lb - woo hoo!

    Sunday 22nd December:
    breakfast: 2 hifi bars HEB, fruit.
    lunch: 2sausages (4syns), beans, cheese omelette (HEA), 2toast (HEB), fruit.
    Dinner:TBA - Quorn pieces sprinkled with cheese (HEA), sw chips, carrot, parsnip, turnip.
    snacks: muller yogurt with grapes.

    summary:
    syns: red bull -5.5 syns
    2sausages - 4syns
    5.5 syns left -
    HEA's: 30g cheese x2
    HEB's: 2hifi bars, 2slices wholemeal bread

    Thanks Burnsie. I was delighted. Hoping to make my weigh in tomorrow night but its finishing early so I'm not sure I'm going to make it :-( how are you getting on?

    Monday 23rd December:
    up at 5am. Travelled from dublin to uk and back. Home 7pm. Made my weigh in......I was down 4.5lbs so I was delighted.
    food was a bit all over the place but I def used 2 HEA and 2HEB
    syns: 3 hi fi lite bar
    red bull 5.5 syns
    sweets :-(
    dinner: savoury rice 3syns. Quorn chicken.
    Bit of a strange day!

    Tuesday 24th December :
    B: 2hifi bars. HEB
    And fruit
    L: 2 bread HEB, beans, 3 sausages (syns), cheese omelette (HEA) fruit
    S: Muller light yogurt with fruit and hifi bar (syns)
    D: resisted the Chinese the family were getting and went for quorn bolognase with loads of veg (2syns) and sweet potatoes.
    Syns today :
    Red bull 5.5
    3 sausages 6
    Hifi bar 3
    Bolognase sauce: 2
    Slightly over for today but pleased with being 98% on track at this time of year.
