2014forgoal
2015 for goal!!
Hi everyone,
I have decided to post my diary here to help keep me motivated! I've tried SW and other diets many times but I'm determined to make 2014 my goal year! I joined SW 2 weeks ago much to the surprise of my consultant. She also tried to convince me to not to do the green sw plan because she admitted she didn't know what was involved! Despite the shaky start in group I stuck to my guns and I'm following the green plan. I may have some EE days as I do eat meat sometimes but I prefer the green plan and the extra healthy extras ;-)
Please feel free to comment etc. I would love to hear from you x
ps: I tend to eat a lot of the same foods which I know isn't good but I'm trying to change that ;-)
Saturday 21st December:
breakfast: 2 slices ww bread - HEB, beans, eggs, 2 sausages (4 syns), fruit.
snacks: fruit
lunch: 2 slices ww bread -HEB, 45g mozzarella (HEA), fruit.
Dinner: diet fanta sweet and sour quorn chicken pieces , loads veg, sw chips - yum!
Snack: 2 bread (syns), 45g cheese HEA, fruit.
Syns: 2 sausages = 4 syns
bread =6 syns (too much bread today but was craving comfort food!)
animal bar = 5 syns
