Dieting with the Family
Well today is the start of me, my brother and my sister in law starting our sw journey together with weigh in photos being taken and sent to each other on a weekly basis - first target to lose weight for is my niece's christening at the end of March. Hopefully we can all lose a decent amount by then and the support of this site and online sw we should sail through ..... Feeling determined!
Food diary for me today:
Breakfast: weetabix and banana with skimmed milk
Lunch: chicken and veg cous cous
Tea: beef in black bean sauce and boiled rice
Not too bad, beef in blackbean sauce was out of freezer what id made in the past (thought it was mixed bean chilli lol)
Overall a good first day
First weigh in: 13 stone (me) 11st 6 (sis in law) and 15 stone (bro)

How do you move to diaries? Yes had super free food, peppers onions mushrooms courgettes carrots and broccoli (is that enough) x
