I am the ultimate yoyo dieter however I am currently the heaviest I have EVER been, tipping the scales at just 1lb short of 14stone!!! At 5"3 that is simply way too heavy!!!
In my 25 years I've always been an all or nothing kind of girl, and my biggest problem is letting a bad day/gain on the scales spiral to eventually packing in a diet! At 17 I joined WW to lose just over a stone before going on my first holiday with boyfriend/friends. I then went to uni and yoyo'd some more whilst my weight ultimately crept up and up thanks to cider and pizza.
This continued over the course of my first few years until I joined SW 3 years ago at 13st9 after 3 weeks in Florida, and I lost around 2.5 stone with relative ease. I stupidly stopped going to class, thinking I could do it myself, and here I am, having put on all of that weight plus an extra 4lbs :-(
I have gotten to the point where I am completely disgusted with myself - I hate how I look, am getting out of breath and have achy legs and joints too!
I need to sort this out, and this time I REFUSE to stop until I get to goal! I've joined a new group, with some work friends and I WILL NOT give up until I am 9st 7 and then I will continue to go to group to keep the weight off!
I'll be posting here as much as possible, would love some support etc and some diaries to subscribe to as well!
I'm already looking forward to being weighed on Tuesday - am so in the zone it's unreal! Xx
