Hi all!
New to this... I started slimming world 14 weeks ago and in my first 11 weeks I lost one stone 8lbs!
I then joined a gym to help with weight loss and tone!
Now my weight loss has completely stopped!! I gained a pound one week and lost half a pound the week after! I feel like the gym is going to stop me losing weight and I have a stone to go to my target weight!
HelpDo I stop going to the gym till I get to target and then tone???
Your help would be muchly appreciated![]()
