    I am a bit hungry

I had a good breakfast and lunch but I am hungry but am at work with nothing to eat! Never mind I will just keep thinking about my quorn bolognaise I will be making tonight. I am not that hungry to go to the shop. Haha.

I have had a similar day to yesterday but had veg instead of salad for lunch today. I am guessing it is because I had beans and potatoes for my first evening meal but beans and omelette last night (less carbs).

yeah the first thing I would say is are you hungry or thirsty? A lot of people say theyre hungry when actually they just need a drink. I would try having something and then if youre still hungry and its becoming a pattern that youre hungry at the same time everyday just pack some fruit or veg sticks or an alpen light bar to snack on mid afternoon.

SW is all about making sure youre eating ENOUGH food (Ive seen people starve themselves because they think it will lose them weight and be annoyed when they got on the scales) Maybe going from lunch until dinner is too long for your body to go without a little boost and thats fine. Its just about the choices you make to snack on, super free is always the first stop.x.x.

If you are hungry and it's not thirst then its possible you are not eating enough. As Abisaurus says there are plenty of people who cut back unnecessarily and then wonder why they are not losing. I did it myself early days and ended up with an STS two weeks in a row. It was frustrating but I posted a food diary and other people on here soon put me straight.

If you are hungry and its genuine hunger, not thirst, boredom or emotional hunger then eat. Superfree first (I eat so many carrot sticks I fear I may turn into Bugs) and then free food if the superfree isn't hitting the spot. After all fruit and veg can only fill so much of a hole. Boiled eggs and ham are great little grab snacks and very filling. Don't deprive yourself because that way resentment and overeating lies.

Hey! It turns out I was thirsty as I had a beautiful can of diet coke and didn't even think of food till later. I don't believe I am under eating, although I will watch it as I am normally following a calorie controlled diet of 1200 so I have got to learn to trust slimming world. I am careful to follow the sw guide of eating till satisfies though. Plus I hate feeling stuffed anyway.. (Well yknow to a point!)

I think I really MUST start drinking more during the day. (My fave fizzy drink as a sweetie substitute is a can of sugar free Vimto - it's SO tasty and sweet - or Sugar Free Cream Soda - I get that from Asda, but the Sainsbury one is nicer, just a lot further for me to go).

Ohmygod I LOVE sugar free cream soda! I wish Asda was open today, if it was I would be jumping in the car to go buy some 😓

I'm pretty sure that Asda was open earlier when I jogged past - might be worth checking if yours is open as well

Jogged passed? Well done you! I'm back at gym tomorrow. I cannot wait. I settled for good ole diet coke (oh how I love it so much) 😘
