Well after 4 days of being back on plan I am pleased to confirm that I am feeling a million miles better for it! My energy levels are back up, and I've being enjoying every single mouthful of food I've eaten
Why oh why do we allow ourselves to go off plan for so long?! I've had so many moments over the festive period where I've gorged myself on chocolate to the point of not even enjoying it any more, and have eaten meals so rich that I need to sleep after them... if I could have just stayed on plan even 50% of the time I probably would have enjoyed everything I ate and drank so much more!!
But anyway, here's to being back on it and hopefully back to losing lots of lovely pounds this year! Need to remember this feeling on the tough days
