Back on plan and feeling so much better for it!

Well after 4 days of being back on plan I am pleased to confirm that I am feeling a million miles better for it! My energy levels are back up, and I've being enjoying every single mouthful of food I've eaten

Why oh why do we allow ourselves to go off plan for so long?! I've had so many moments over the festive period where I've gorged myself on chocolate to the point of not even enjoying it any more, and have eaten meals so rich that I need to sleep after them... if I could have just stayed on plan even 50% of the time I probably would have enjoyed everything I ate and drank so much more!!

But anyway, here's to being back on it and hopefully back to losing lots of lovely pounds this year! Need to remember this feeling on the tough days

I agree. I'm really looking forward to getting back on plan tomorrow. I miss eating healthily and right now I never want to see a bit of chocolate again (wonder how long that will last?)

I couldn't agree more! I am so sick of looking at junk food and alcohol, I was so glad to get back into SW mode and back to work and routine! Although I still managed to lose a few lbs over Christmas I'm sure it will all catch up at WI this week...

Hey all, here here!! Although it's weird - yesterday was my first day back on track after a 4 pound gain after Christmas and i couldn't wait to eat SW style as was so fed up of chocolate and biscuits and rich foods but then i went off track I was having a great day and then ate 3 biscuits....HMPF which then lead me to go off track for the rest of the day.....GRRRRR so here i am this morning going to try again.

I weigh on Monday and dont know what this week will bring, was meant to be my first week 'back' after xmas but i may have screwed this week up too. Lets just hope i can bring my head back in the game and get back on track and go for some great weight loss!!!

Good luck to all - GO FOR IT!!

Haha it's amazing how quickly we start craving the chocolate and crisps again isn't it?! It has taken every ounce of my willpower not to buy one of the giant Lindor balls that are reduced in Waitrose after xmas....

But half a pound off at weigh-in this morning, so definitely worth being back on it!

I'm stuck in a bit of a rut at the moment, I've been on plan 100% but I think Christmas is finally catching up on me. I got weighed this morning before work and it looks like I'm gaining 4.5lb this week, my official weigh in is tonight!

Just need to stay motivated this coming week and hopefully being 100% pays off next week

I agree, feeling bloody fantastic to be back on plan! I've been one and off for the last probably 3 months after losing a stone (suffice to say it has mostly gone back on) and now that I'm back on plan I can't understand why I even went off in the first place! Good luck with your journeys ladies xx

Thank you! It sure is! My boyfriend sat next to me and had two packets of crisps and half a box of christmas chocs last night while I munched on a carrot! Before now I'd have joined him and said 'oh I'll start again tomorrow' but not this time! Funnily enough he's just sat next to me now with a big bag of toffee! My fault really for telling him I don't want him to feel he can't eat what he wants haha. But not feeling tempted - definitely helps to be in the right frame of mind! 2014 will hopefully be our year! x

Haha gotta love other halves for that!! I have the benefit of living with a friend who's also permanently on a diet of some sort, so the house tends to be quite healthy unless I've been on one of my chocolate aisle shopping sprees! 2014 will indeed be our year, I am finally going to get to target so I can save some pennies if nothing else!! SW has had a lot of money out of me in subscription fees over the years!! x

Oh that is good! Once the chocs are all out of the house after Christmas that will be it Definitely - they have from me too, nowhere near as much as Weight Watchers though - joined there so many times but can never stick to the teeny portion sizes! Fingers crossed SW will work in my favour this time! You will definitely reach your target by the time you go to Cuba (lucky lady!) I'm sure x

I found WW soooo hard! I love my food and having to restrict it just wasn't for me haha! Only lasted about 6 months, but this is my third time of doing SW seriously... once as a teenager, once in my 20s, and now once and finally in my 30s! Just need to keep it off this time once I get it off I have to keep booking amazing holidays every year so I always have to think about getting back into the bikini!! x
