Iv been sticking to the plan since I started just over a week ago and been loving it. Iv mentioned before that I am type one diabetic. I don't know what happened last night but I had a low sugar and it was one where I needed a quick fix. I literally feel sick at what I ate. Half a chocolate snowman, 2 of these awful Cadbury cream egg biscuits and loads of cereal. I'm horrified at what damage I have done to my weight loss. I'm going to try to have no syns for the rest of the week and see if I still lose on Sunday. I stupidly got on the scales this morning and the two pound I lost is showing again.
Devastated. I felt sick from the chocolate too and realised after a week with no chocolate, biscuits etc I do not miss it at all.
