I started SW on 7th April. First WI lost 7lb. This week scales don't seem to be moving (I know its not Monday yet so hoping I can change this).
I've been following extra easy again this week but feel I have ate more than last week as husband and kids are off school. Just wondering if you follow extra easy all week or mix your days up? Any advice is much appreciated
