Our c set us the scan bran challenge last week, was happy to give it a go, 5 a day, didn't mind eating them, made sure I had a large glass of squash for every scan bran, and at weigh in I gained 1.5lbs. First time I've gained and I'm absolutely gutted
I'm going to keep up the water for a couple of days in the hope of flushing out my system and stick to plan as normal. I thought it was meant to boost weight loss?! I happily lost 3.5lbs last week of my own accord, now I'm annoyed I tried this and gained weight!!!
Has his happened to anyone else? Any suggestions? Tips on getting my head around the gain? I am SO fed up :'(
