Im basically starting this to look for help and ask for help when self sabotaging.
I think Im the nations worst culprit! I do really well and the compliments start to come in and then BANG! I lose it and eat anything and everything for absolutely no reason. Im not hungry, Im not craving it - Im just eating it!
Losing weight has begun to take over my life, Ive got to exercise more, eat less, as easy as that! Whats my problem?
Im not sure what the triggers are, Im sure Im not the only one. What peoples thoughts on sabotage and how can we beat it?
