I am new to sw never tried it before because I don't get how u can eat unlimited potatoes and pasta and rice and other carbs and loose weight?? And ontop have your Syns like a chocolate bar a day? I am confused I have been doing it around a week Havnt had my first weigh in yet but I Havnt eaten anywhere near as much as it says as I don't trust it yet? I'm 5"5 , I was 14st 5lbs, I got down to 12st 12lbs through low carb eating. My goal is to now get to 10st 7lbs initially and perhaps alter. Feeling a little lost and apprehensive, help!!!
