    changes to plans

    Hey all
I've heard that sw are apparently getting rid of red / green days and going more towards high protein low carb for fast losses so similar to red and running this along side ee.

Just wondering if anyone has ideas if this is true or not? As a veggie this is not good news for me if it turns out to be more than just rumour
    No more diet switching

It doesn't need to make any difference to you. Just because there is a new plan doesn't mean that you have to follow it - you can go on doing what you did before.

In any case I would think that the new plans, whatever they are, will include provisions for vegetarians - they would be silly not to.

Yeah I am a veggie too. Just stick to EE if that's the case. My consultant said there were lots of "exciting" changes.

Yes I heard too there's going to be changes to the plan- extra extra easy! Although I don't know how true this is. I heard it from an ex consultant.
I suppose we'll find out soon enough

Yes, SW is after all a business: it's hardly likely they are going to alienate a sizeable chunk of their potential target market!

I rejoined last night and spoke to my new leader about potential January changes. She said there were tweaks but the current plans are not going, there additional enhancements. She said nothing like weight watchers! Just to reassure peeps!!!

To be honest it would be silly to 'get rid' of the existing plans as they are tried and tested and work well. It makes more sense to introduce something else or indeed to tweek EE which is a reletivly new plan. Be interesting to see what they do.

I've heard rumours too and think it would be unfair to get rid of red and green. Especially green for the veggies out there.

I've heard they are going to scrap the 1/3 superfree with every meal and I have heard the red and green plan will be phased out and they're going to encourage a plan called extra extra easy but again I've only heard this so it could be wrong.

Wonder if they'll do anything with the success express plan too as I do enjoy that for a boost every now and then.

At our group last night our consultant "hinted" at some exciting new changes coming in January. She wouldn't divulge any more and to be honest it didn't even enter my mind that they would change the plans drastically! Guess it's going to be a case of watch this space in the new year.

Just remembered, she also mentioned that Iceland will be stocking SW ready meals. They will also have the recipe on the box so you can make them at home.

Yeah I must admit I thought it was rubbish if it is true lol. Would confuse people too much too if they bring a new plan out it needs a completely different name.

I'm interested to see though but we will just have to see what happens as like anything you get too much hear say and rumours xxx

Our consultant did the same! In fact she said she would reveal all to only those who attended the Christmas week classes. I thought it was the Iceland announcement but maybe it's this instead?

I've been "testing" the new food diary on the SW online site and there are no options to follow the red/green plans on there which is interesting.
