Have been back on EE for a while now, weights coming off slowly but all a step in the right direction… what i want to know is though GREEN days… do you still need the 1/3 super free? I always used to do green days and I don't eat so much meat so I think they may be better but do I still need the 1/3 super free?
 
It is not as important but they di still recommend it on all plans if you can as this will boost your weight loss

Everyone needs superfree. Everyone needs vegetables, and to a lesser extent, fruit. It may not be seen as an essential part of the plan, but it is an essential part of a healthy diet.
