hi everyone help needed

Hi everyone. First of all please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place just starting to use this. I'm completely struggling right now. I'm 25 have one little boy and currently weigh 23 stone (I don't no how I have let myself get this big). I'm I In such a horrible place right now. And really need to get a grip of myself. Everyday is a struggle and feel completely addicted to food. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions/advice? I'm willing to try anything and any diet. Thanks for reading x
 
Hi Nickinoo! Welcome to the forum, it really is a great place to come for support and motivation. I myself have dropped from 21.5 stone to 10 stone, and this forum has really helped me stay on the right track along the way. :)

Can I suggest you visit a part of the site called the WEMITTS? It stands for We Mean It This Time, and is where people who have a lot of weight to lose post, regardless of what weight loss plan they're on. That might helps give you some ideas, and you can start your own diary thread. I'll maybe see you over there sometime? All the best. :) xx
 
If you are addicted to food can I suggest Slimming World? Its a great diet and you can eat all day and still lose. My boss is always going on about how I'm always eating, but I'm also losing at a decent rate. I restarted a few weeks ago after messing about at the start of the year and have lost 12 Lb this month so far.

If you can get to a group you will gets lost of help and support, but if not maybe just go once to get all the information and then do it on here. I definitely think joining a group and staying to join in with class is the way forward though. Also have a look at some of the before and after phot's in the slimming world section of the forum :)

Hi nickinoo, i can completely relate to what your saying. I agree with ponytales, SW is probably the best plan for you at the moment, it doesn't feel like you are dieting
so you are more likely to stick to it and not fall off the wagon. This is a good site to be on, really good tips and advice from really friendly and helpful people. xx
