Here are the ones I have:-
    LASAGNE
    Serves 6
2 syns per portion on Extra Easy
    Ingredients:
    500g extra lean minced beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 tins chopped tomatoes
    200g mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    2 tablespoons tomato puree
    2 fat cloves garlic, crushed
    1 beef stock cube
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon mixed herbs
    salt and pepper
    Fry Light
Approx 12 dried lasagne sheets - enough to cover your lasagne dish at least twice
    For the topping:
    200g quark
    2 eggs, beaten
30g parmesan, finely grated (6 syns)
45g reduced fat mature cheddar, finely grated (6 syns)
(Cheese amt and type as you desire!)
    Method:
Heat a large saute pan and spray with Fry Light
Add the mince, onion, mushrooms and garlic and stir-fry until the mince is cooked
Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, beef stock, worcester sauce, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper
Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C
Make the topping: mix the eggs, quark and parmesan together in a bowl with some salt and pepper and put to one side
Assemble the lasagne: place alternate layers of the meat sauce and lasagne sheets in an ovenproof dish, finishing with a layer of lasagne sheets
Spread the quark topping over the top of the dish and sprinkle with the cheddar
Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes until the top is golden

    The KFC

Made this evening, Southern Fried style seasoning to go with it. The seasoning was lovely the smash was a little flaky perhaps I didn't cover it with enough frylight to crisp it up? Had mine with spicy baked beans,

    Southern Style Seasoning
    Ingredients
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried sage
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon dried marjoram
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon chilli powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon pepper

Grind the oregano, sage, basil and marjoram in a mortar and pestle until fine.
    Add other spices and mix!
Use this or alternatively Cajun spice mix( easier and quicker)
Mix this then with Smash pdr
Beat an egg into a bowl
Get your chicken pieces drumsticks ( no skin unless you want to SYN it!)
If you want to cook it quick use cooked
Dip chicken in the egg then roll around in th mash spice mix repeat 2-3 times ( egg mix etc) until adequately covered then FRYLIGHT well then place on tray and into oven 200C turning occasionally (if using uncooked chicken I usually cook it in 180c for longer to make sure it's cooked thro')
    Then just enjoy
( just remembered if it's not crisping to your desire give it another quick spray of FRYLIGHT when cooking trial and error to get as you want but lovely )
