    Quorn sausages are 1 syn each. Not sure on the burgers as there are a few. If u search the syns forum for quorn u will find quorn syns Xx

    I have gone through all of your posts and I am pleased to see that someone else has tried the above sausages, as they are delicious.

    Has any 1 tried the syn free sausages which are called slender choice? My consultant said they are free and on the website they our 1 syn. Im confused

    Who makes them? If it says 1 syn online then I would go with that because consultant have (frequently) been known to make mistakes

    ETA I've had a look online and can't find them

    Ok so I found out that the sausages I got our free aparntly the ones on that website I posted our one syn on slimmers choice diet. So the Slender Choice ones our completely free.
