    EE - what ham is syn free

    Which ham does everyone buy that is syn free on EE?

    i buy wafer thin usualy but stay away from benard matthew turkey ham! it isnt free lol

    Nor is Tesco value chicken roll - woman at our class had been eating 3 or 4 packs a week - turns out to be 1 syn per slice (so 40 syns per pack, times 4 a week - argh!!!)

    I usually look at the ingredients list on the back, My SWC says if its 95% meat then its generally free as rule of thumb. The less meat the more crap!! LOL
